Elena is AMAZING!! This is not the first home we have purchased, but it was by far the easiest loan process we have ever been through. She was always professional but pleasant and very informative. Outstanding! I am a licensed Realtor. The biggest concern that most of us Realtors have with the Mortgage Broker you choose to work with and refer your clients to is to treat them good, fair and to get them the best rates and loan packages for their best interest. Having said that, the other most important thing right now with today's strong seller's market is for the Mortgage Broker you work with to be able to give the buyer and their Realtor the proper tools to get the property under contract by competing with the other buyers in a multiple offer situation, and even to be able to compete with CASH buyers. To have a strong offer it is critical to have a very short loan approval period and closing period.. There are other tweaks that you need to include in the offer to make it strong too. Elena has come through for me and my clients time after time by giving me these tools. With her professional business, finance and accounting background skills, she has been able to put together the most difficult deals, where others could not. She specializes in difficult approvals, but also loves to do the easier ones. She is readily available and gets back to you very promptly. Ever been in a situation where you find your dream home on the weekend and you need a pre-approval letter or an updated one? Elena comes through! Try getting this kind of service from the Bank. Not many Mortgage Brokers will do either. You will have to wait until Monday and risk losing the house to another buyer. Elena scores high in every department with me and everyone I have referred to her. If you are a buyer and or a Realtor who needs to get the job done, I highly recommend her; She will not disappoint!
